Difference Between JKN Claims Based on INA CBG'S Tariff and Hospital Regulation Tariff at RSUD Dr. Soekardjo Tasikmalaya City in 2015

Abstract
The prospective payment method known as Casemix (case based payment), in Indonesia has been implemented since 2008 as a payment method in the Community Health Insurance Program (Jamkesmas) for patients served in hospitals. The research method used is quantitative, the type of research is non-intervention research, and the design is observational research with the analytic survey which uses the mean different test. The population in this study includes JKN claims data and tariff of RSUD Dr. Soekardjo Tasikmalaya City period January 1 to December 31, 2015. The results showed that there were differences in the average JKN Claims based on INA CBGs tariffs and based on the overall Perda (Aggregate) tariff in RSUD Dr. Soekardjo Tasikmalaya City in 2015, there was a difference in the average JKN Claims based on INA CBG's aggregate rates and hospital regulation rates for patients who received SMF Obgyn services at RSUD Dr. Soekardjo Tasikmalaya City in 2015, there was a difference in the average JKN Claims based on INA CBG's aggregate rates and hospital regulation rates for patients receiving SMF services in Children's Diseases at RSUD Dr. Soekardjo Tasikmalaya City in 2015, there was a difference in the average JKN Claims based on INA CBG's aggregate rates and hospital regulation rates for patients receiving SMF Surgical Disease services at RSUD Dr. Soekardjo Tasikmalaya City in 2015, there was a difference in JKN Claims based on INA CBG's aggregate rates and hospital regulation rates for patients receiving Internal Medicine SMF services at RSUD Dr. Soekardjo Tasikmalaya City in 2015.
