Abstract
The role of the government in the implementation of the Hajj has been neatly arranged starting from laws, government regulations, management, structure of the pilgrimage including the technical health service system in which there are health checks before departure to return. Meanwhile, Umrah is only limited to making regulations such as PMA No. 18 of 2015 and Permenkes No. 15 of 2016 in the sense that it has not yet penetrated the technical implementation of the service system and health system for Umrah pilgrims. This study aims to explore the implementation of PMA No. 18 of 2015 on the health examination system for Umrah pilgrims in DKI Jakarta in 2017. This research was conducted in DKI Jakarta Province, in September-November 2017. This type of research is a qualitative research. primary data is taken from the results of observations and in-depth interviews using observation and interview guidelines. Secondary data taken from the Health Office and documents related to the research. in this study, the selection of informants was based on the research objective, namely to analyze the health check system for Umrah pilgrims in DKI Jakarta in 2017. Data analysis used triangulation.
