Nursing Care of Clients who Experienced Acute Pain with Post Appendectomy Operations at Air Force Hospital dr. Esnawan Antariksa Jakarta

Abstract
Acute appendicitis is a bacterial infection. Various factors act as the originator. Surgery is indicated if appendicitis is diagnosed as apendictomy as soon as possible to reduce perforation risk. Based on data of registration book space peacock 2018 obtained on 01 January until April 2018 incidence rate of appendicitis in RSAU Esnawan Antariksa Jakarta Happens as many as 39 people from all inpatient clients in the peacock room recorded 112 people. This study aims to carry out nursing care on clients who experience appendicitis with postoperative pain in RSAU Dr. Esnawan Antariksa. This research used descriptive qualitative design of case study approach with intervention. The results showed the main complaint was pain in the lower right abdomen, and the performed physical examination after surgery with the results there is an incision surgery in the lower right abdomen causing pain like sliced on the whole abdomen with medium scale. The priority of nursing diagnoses in both clients is pain relative to the surgical procedure. The main intervention on the priority diagnosis is to reach relaxation techniques in deep breathing. The final results obtained in the acute pain nursing diagnosis associated with surgical procedures have been resolved with the pain scale of 0 (missing). This is supported by the client data that the client says the pain is gone, the pain scale 0. So the client is encouraged to perform relaxation techniques in deep breathing until the pain is felt and does not arise again.
