Nursing Care For Mr. I and Mr. E Who Are At Risk of Violent Behavior with Schizophrenia in The Nuri Room, Dr. Soeharto Heerdjan Mental Hospital Jakarta

Abstract
The risk of violent behavior is an angry response that is expressed by threatening or injuring oneself or others. Schizophrenia causes changes in perceptions, emotions, and behavior that lead to violent behavior that can harm oneself and others around it. Based on the search results for Our World in Data 2019 there were 829,735 schizophrenics in Indonesia, while in Nuri’s room, there were 60 cases. The general objective of implementing nursing care for Tn. I and Mr. E with the risk of violent behavior in schizophrenia in the Nuri room of Dr. Soeharto Heerdjan Mental Hospital Jakarta The research design used in this scientific paper is qualitative and descriptive. The results of the study were carried out on 2 patients, namely Tn. I and Tn. E. From the results of the study carried out, it was found that the nursing diagnoses were in common, namely: Risk for violent behavior, Disturbed sensory perception of hallucinations, social isolation, low self-esteem, and ineffective therapy regimen. The difference in diagnoses between the 2 patients, namely ineffective family coping and ineffective individual coping. The next stage is the implementation of action strategies 1,2, and 3 but there is a repetition of the implementation strategy in stage 2 on Mr. I and Mr. E. At the evaluation stage of the nursing diagnoses What the two patients have is not resolved yet, but both patients already have the developmental stage of controlling their emotions according to the goals and outcome criteria that have been set.
