Based on the chi-square test analysis, the p-value was 0.602. The results of the study on knowledge of OAT compliance in TB patients showed that most patients who had good knowledge as many as 47 (92.2%) patients were compliant in taking OAT, and there were 4 (7.8%) patients who had good knowledge but did not comply with taking OAT while there were 9 (23.3%) patients whose knowledge was less compliant with taking OAT and there were 33 (78.6%) patients with less knowledge who were not compliant in taking OAT. Based on the chi-square test analysis, the p-value is 0.000 (p<0.05). So it can be concluded that there is a relationship between knowledge and compliance with taking anti-tuberculosis drugs in TB patients and there is no relationship between education level and compliance with taking anti-tuberculosis drugs in TB patient
