Analysis of Reporting of ISPA, Pneumonia, Diarrhea and HIV/AIDS to the Tasikmalaya City Health Office at Permata Bunda Tasikmalaya Hospital in the Fourth Quarter of 2024

Abstract
Reporting has an important role for hospitals as a tool to compare the number of visits from old and new patients and as a consideration in procuring medical equipment. This research aims to analyze the implementation of data reporting management for ISPA, Pneumonia, Diarrhea and HIV/AIDS, identifying obstacles in the management, collection and input process of reporting data at Permata Bunda Tasikmalaya Hospital. The research method used was descriptive qualitative with the research subjects being 2 medical records officers, and the research object was reporting data on ISPA, Pneumonia, Diarrhea and HIV/AIDS. The research results showed that reporting was carried out by medical records officers, while the examination process was carried out by nurses in each polyclinic. The conclusion obtained states that reporting has been carried out on time every 3rd and 5th which is in accordance with the standards set by the Tasikmalaya City Health Service.
